Overview
FledgeDesk is the operating system for financial-service operators: brokers, lenders, insurance operators and the teams underneath them. Origination, decisioning, ledger, commissions and audit live in one workspace instead of being smeared across a CRM, a form builder, a spreadsheet, a shared drive and a thread of unsent emails.
Most financial operations run on patchwork. A CRM holds the contacts, a form builder collects applications, a spreadsheet runs the ledger, email runs the follow-ups. None of it is connected. Reconciliation is manual, compliance reporting takes days, and every deal touches five systems before it settles. FledgeDesk is the version where it doesn't.

The customer-facing front of the platform. White-labelled, mobile-friendly, schema-driven. Applicants complete multi-step forms with conditional logic, sign in passwordlessly via OTP, and run through KYC, identity, credit and bank-statement checks inside the same flow. Not in a separate tab they'll forget to come back to.

WorkDesk, the operations workspace
Where the team lives. Configurable pipeline stages (not a fixed six), drag-and-drop Kanban, team assignment, ledger and commission tracking, workflow automations, and natural-language tools for designing forms and configuring integrations.
- Configurable decisioning. Straight-through processing for clean applications, exception routing to brokers or assessors, per-product and per-stage rules. Every automated and manual decision is logged with user, timestamp and reason.
- Ledger and commissions. Debit/credit ledger for premiums, fees, repayments and invoicing. Upfront and trail commissions, overdue alerts, controlled adjustments with full audit history.
- Workflow automation. Eight trigger types (status changes, document uploads, integration completions, inactivity, scheduled runs and more) and ten action types (SMS, email, webhooks, integration runs). Conversion goals and email campaigns with funnel analytics.
